On your iPhone, find the Settings app and open it.

Scroll down to find Accounts & Passwords

Tap Add Account

Tap Other

Tap Add Mail Account

Enter your details (look carefully for typos!)

Name: Enter your name as you’d like it to appear
Email: Enter your full provided email address
Password: Enter your provided password
Description: This will fill-in automatically with your domain name. You can change this to anything you like to help you identify which email address this is. (Eg., Work Account)

Tap Next

Step 7

IMPORTANT! On the next screen, we advise tapping IMAP at the top. This configuration enables the greatest versatility when using multiple devices such as a smartphone and a notebook.

Step 8

Enter the following under Incoming Mail Server:

Host Name: yourdomain.com.au (Enter your actual domain name instead of ‘yourdomain.com.au’)
Username: Enter your full email address
Password: Enter your provided password

Enter the following under Outgoing Mail Server:

Host Name: yourdomain.com.au  (Again, enter your actual domain name instead of ‘yourdomain.com.au’)
Username: Enter your full email address
Password: Enter your provided password

Tap Save

Step 9

You may receive a notice saying that the server could not be verified. Please tap Continue when prompted.

Step 10

Upon successful configuration, you will see ticks appear next to the details you have entered. You have now successfully configured your email account.
