Step 1

To begin with, click on the Apple Icon Menu on the top left of your screen and select System Preferences.

Step 2

Click on Internet Accounts.

Step 3

Click Add Other Account.

Then on the next step select POP or IMAP and click Next.

Step 4

Click Mail Account.

Step 5

 

Enter your details as follows:

 

Name: Enter your name as you’d like it to appear (Eg., Jane Smith)

Email Address: Enter your full email address as provided.

Password: Enter the email password we’ve provided.

Username: Enter your full email address as provided.

Account Type: We recommend changing this from IMAP and set it to POP3

Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com.au (Change yourdomain.com.au to your actual domain name).
Outgoing Mail Server Set this to the same as your Incoming Server

Step 6

Next your may be asked which programs you’d like to use this account with. Put a tick next to Mail and click Done.
